Why this page exists

The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 requires us to name a person — not a shared inbox — who is answerable for how we handle your data, and to publish how to reach them. This is that page.

What to bring here

  • We are holding data about you that is wrong, or that you want erased
  • You asked us for a copy of your data and did not get it
  • Your contact details were shown to somebody who should not have had them
  • A listing about your business is wrong, or you want it taken down
  • You were charged and are not satisfied with how a refund was handled
  • Another user is impersonating you

For anything that is not a complaint — a question, a bug, a payment that has not landed yet — hello@collabmart.co.in is faster.

What to put in it

So we can act on the first reply rather than the third:

  • The email address on your account
  • What happened, and roughly when
  • What you want us to do about it
  • Anything that shows it — a screenshot, a listing link, a payment reference

What happens then

  • We acknowledge it. You get a reply confirming we have it and who is handling it.
  • We look into it. If we need something from you, we ask once and clearly.
  • We answer within 30 days of you writing — with what we found and what we have done, not with a holding message.

If we fail you

If the officer does not answer within 30 days, or you are not satisfied with the answer, you can escalate to the Data Protection Board of India. Doing so costs you nothing and you do not need our agreement.

You can also take a consumer complaint to the National Consumer Helpline or the consumer forum where you live. Nothing on this page limits a right you have by law.
