Terms of Service

What this service is, what it is not, and what each side agrees to. Written to be read once, in full, by somebody who is about to pay us.

1. What CollabMart is

CollabMart is a directory. We list brands looking for creators and creators looking for brands, and we charge for access to contact details. That is the whole of the service.

We are not an agency, a broker, an employer or a party to anything you agree with somebody you met here. We do not negotiate on your behalf, hold money between you, or take a cut of what you are paid.

2. What we do not promise

Being explicit, because this is the thing most often assumed:

No guaranteed deal. Unlocking a listing buys you contact details, not a campaign. A brand is free to ignore you.
No guaranteed income. Nothing here is a projection, an estimate or an offer of earnings.
No guarantee a listing is current. We publish the date a listing was last verified and take listings down when they go stale, but a brand can stop looking without telling us. If a contact turns out to be unreachable, your credit is returned — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
No vetting of the other side. We check that a brand exists and that its brief is readable. We do not audit its finances or guarantee it pays.

3. Your account

One person or business, one account. Creator and brand accounts are separate and cannot be swapped; sign up twice if you are both. You are responsible for what happens under your login, so keep the password to yourself.

A session may be active on up to three devices at once. Signing in on a fourth ends the oldest.

4. Credits and access to contact details

Contact details are never included in a listing you have not unlocked — not blurred, not hidden in the page, not present at all. Unlocking spends credits from your balance.

Every unlock is stamped with a code unique to you. If contact details taken from this site appear elsewhere, that code identifies the account they came from. Reselling, scraping, bulk-exporting or republishing anything you unlock ends the account without refund.

5. What you must not do

Impersonate another person, brand or account
State follower counts, engagement or audience figures you know to be false
Post a brief for a campaign that does not exist, or that is a front for recruitment
Use the service for anything illegal, or to promote anything illegal
Automate access, or attempt to read data you have not paid for

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and we may remove a listing on report. A listing reported unreachable by three separate creators is taken down automatically.

6. Payment

Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is made by UPI against a reference code we issue, and is matched to your account once we can see it. Credits appear when that match is made, not when you send the money.

7. Listings we gathered ourselves

Some listings are found by our own agent reading pages that are already public, and every one shows the source it came from. We collect business contact information only — company addresses, office numbers and collaboration forms — never the personal mobile number of an individual.

If you are a business and want your listing removed, write to hello@collabmart.co.in and we will take it down and keep it down; a removal is permanent and survives any later pass by the agent.

8. Ending it

You can delete your account yourself at any time from Settings. Deletion removes your profile, your photos, your social accounts and your saved listings. Records we are required to keep — payment records, and the ledger behind any credit you were granted or spent — are retained for as long as the law requires.

Unused credits are not transferable and have no cash value on deletion.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability to you for anything arising out of this service is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for a deal that fell through, a payment another party failed to make, or income you expected and did not receive.

10. Changes

We may change these terms. If a change materially affects what you have already paid for, we will say so by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that is acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Coimbatore have exclusive jurisdiction.
